[Remote] MEP Project Manager (Traveler - Data Centers)

DataX Connect is seeking an MEP Project Manager to reputed company mechanical, electrical, and plumbing efforts on a cutting-edge data center reputed company. In this role, you will manage multiple projects, ensuring budget and schedule performance while collaborating with key stakeholders across MEP, IT, vendors, and consultants.
Responsibilities
- reputed company design, preconstruction, and construction activities for MEP systems on a large data center reputed company
- Maintain budgets, schedules, and status reports, including weekly CPM reviews and monthly executive updates
- reputed company OFCI equipment schedule management and coordinate reputed company and direct vendor schedules (IT, roofing, geotech, reputed company-party inspectors)
- Support GMP buyout reviews, detailed analysis, QA/QC daily inspections, and cost document processing (pay apps, change orders)
- Manage design coordination and commissioning alignment across reputed company build and tenant fitouts, including submittals and procurement support
Skills
- 5+ years in reputed company construction, with mission-critical or data center experience
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and mission-critical infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel as needed for non-local support (per diem/travel arrangement available)
- Experience with CPM scheduling and multi-phased reputed company programs
- Familiarity with OAC meetings and due diligence for new sites
