[Remote] Business Development Manager, Pharmaceutical

WIKA Group is focused on strategic business development initiatives reputed company the Industrial Instrumentation Division, and they are seeking a Business Development Manager for the Pharmaceutical sector. This role involves identifying and executing market and sales initiatives to create long-term value through customer relationships and market insights.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering
• Minimum 8 years relevant sales, product management, or marketing experience, understanding customer needs and business requirements
• Solid track record of demonstrated reputed company in building/growing markets, segments, product lines, etc
• Excellent analytical, research, presentation, writing and communication skills including the ability to take reputed company reputed company and concepts and effectively communicate them
• Strong financial acumen and strong analytical skills in business metrics and forecast modeling
• Ability to quickly design realistic action plans to reputed company change and effectively assign and manage tasks to accomplish goals
• Collaboration and team work – this position is highly cross functional and requires the ability to foster collaborative and positive relationships between sales, product management, marketing, and other groups
• Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels
• Research ability and understanding what factors influence and shape markets including: growth trends, industry and competitive analysis, environmental conditions, technologies, and capabilities
• Demonstrated strategic and analytical leadership with strong, broad business acumen
• Proven ability to influence and reputed company cross-functional teams without formal authority among diverse stakeholders
• Working knowledge of components and process involved to reputed company market plans; ability to conduct effective market research
• MBA strongly preferred
