The Sr Dir, Business Development- Large Capital Projects is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive project influence and reputed company growth across large capital projects, while collaborating with various teams to maximize project value and align strategies for reputed company.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company a national large capital projects strategy focused on total addressable market (TAM), driving identification, pursuit, and successful delivery of large, reputed company projects from early stage through completion
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with General Contractors, Developers, Architects, Engineers, and Owners to secure early project visibility and influence
  • Establish early engagement in the design phase through market intelligence, customer relationships, and proactive opportunity identification
  • Drive disciplined project pursuit strategies by aligning sales, estimating, supply chain, logistics, and execution teams
  • Influence specifications, sourcing strategies, and solution design reputed company of formal bid cycles to position for reputed company
  • reputed company cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, supply chain, and product teams to execute growth initiatives and deliver business objectives
