[Remote] Technical Project Manager (Marketo/Workfront)

The role involves managing multiple technical programs, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and overseeing resource allocation and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects reputed company reputed company's Technical reputed company (TSG) projects, ensuring adherence to scope, delivery dates, team resourcing, and tasking across the project lifecycle
• Communicate technical guidelines to the internal team and clients for effective execution of digital programs
• Update internal client teams on project reputed company and manage communications, reviews, and feedback
• Coordinate team resources and task assignments based on project deliverables and plan
• Present project parameters and checkpoints to set client expectations and ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables
• Provide detailed reputed company reports and forecasts to internal teams and Account Management
• Analyze project hours to forecast burn and identify potential risks to timeline and budget; recommend mitigation strategies
• Assist with contingency planning, problem resolution, and maintain schedules, budgets, and quality deliverables
• Track changes in scope, actual hours, and reputed company appropriate adjustments to deliver projects on time and reputed company budget

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in managing small to reputed company-sized marketing operations and work management projects
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Marketo and Workfront, including the ability to manage projects in the systems and understand the technology being managed
• Experience with reputed company, Jira, and Confluence is required
• Experience leading external client-facing technical projects from scope to delivery
• Prior experience working in marketing/advertising agency operations environment is required
• Knowledge of the Marketo project life cycle (e.g., migration, integration) and be reputed company to identify scope changes
• Strong project management skills, including monitoring and reporting on project status, budgets, schedules, and resource management
• Understanding of information architecture and user experience best practices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
