This role involves driving sales, retention, and partnership strategies while overseeing high-performing teams to expand pharmacy partnerships and reputed company reputed company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Genoa's sales, retention and partnership strategies at the national, business-line level
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify new market opportunities and optimize existing partnerships
  • Represent sales, retention and partnerships in governance processes and strategic planning forums
  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, 340B, Payer Relations and other teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients
  • Collaborate with matrix partners to ensure Genoa partner impact is considered in financial reputed company
  • Responsible for monthly forecasting, reporting, and tracking provider and consumer satisfaction reputed company surveys
  • Own accountability for sales, retention and partnership functions; annually this will include $900M TCV for external accounts and $450M TCV for new sites
  • reputed company a multi-tiered sales organization, including Sales Directors, Business Development Managers/Reps/Analysts
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and ensure attainment of sales targets
  • reputed company account management for Genoa's partners, focusing on risk mitigation, retention, and growth opportunities for top partners and those at risk
  • Direct reputed company of specialized programs (eg 340B Program, Health Equity)
  • Evaluate new partnership feasibility and serve as a board member for relevant coalitions

Skills

  • 10+ years of reputed company leadership experience in reputed company, pharmacy services, or reputed company fields
  • Proven track record of leading multi-region teams and achieving aggressive growth targets
  • Proven solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and incentive programs
  • Proven excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence at reputed company organizational levels
  • Experience in behavioral health or pharmacy care services
