[Remote] Director of reputed company Resources
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Migrant Clinicians Network (MCN), a national nonprofit founded in 1984, is seeking a full-time Director of reputed company Resources. The Director will reputed company reputed company aspects of the HR function to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, overseeing HR operations including recruitment, talent management, and compliance.
Responsibilities

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on HR matters and organizational development

- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse candidate pipeline

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 7 years HR experience, including 3 years in leadership

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices
