The role focuses on managing client relationships, ensuring compliance, and improving service delivery while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company Property & Casualty clients by delivering reputed company, professional, and service‑focused account management
• Collaborate with the reputed company Sales team and internal partners to ensure seamless execution of client servicing activities
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow‑through
• Contribute to client retention and satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns promptly
• Manage key reputed company lines processes including new business placement, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, audits, billing/financing, and payments
• Coordinate issuance of certificates of insurance, evidence of property insurance, schedules of insurance, and auto ID cards
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with agency procedures, insurance laws, and best practices
• Escalate reputed company client concerns or service issues to leadership as appropriate and document resolution actions
• reputed company systems and tools such as Applied Epic and reputed company Office to manage workflows, documentation, and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, workflow efficiency, and client experience

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of industry‑reputed company experience in reputed company insurance
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Experience in client service, insurance operations, or account management
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, client‑focused environment
