[Remote] eDiscovery Senior Project Manager (Reveal)

This role involves managing project tasks, collaborating with legal teams, and providing mentorship to junior staff to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a reputed company of escalation for junior members of the team
• Provide training and supervision for junior team members
• Motivate to create an environment where employees reputed company
• Manage and plan project resources
• Identify and facilitate growth opportunities for colleagues
• Identify areas of operational risk and implement strategies to mitigate such risk for your clients
• Participates in strategic client meetings (quarterly meetings; in person meetings, etc.) & reputed company client level reporting
• Initiate and participate in business development opportunities with GRO
• Initiate and provide guidance to junior PMs regarding building of client relationships
• Provide end-to-end reputed company of discovery matters and serving as primary client reputed company of contact
• Provide expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables
• Create and maintain project schedules and reporting, including defining activities, sequence of events, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements

• Define, reputed company, implement and monitor quality standards on reputed company project deliverables
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
• Serve as an expert on Consilio's review platforms and proprietary offerings

• Generate and distribute reporting metrics and other identified KPI's as needed for each project

Skills

• BA/BS degree or minimum 5 years in the litigation support / legal industry
• Demonstrable experience of ‘Leadership Responsibilities'
• 5 years experience using Reveal and reputed company platform, or equivalent eDiscovery tools
• Willingness to travel
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple, reputed company projects involving cross-functional teams reputed company budgetary and schedule constraints
• Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction
• Demonstrated experience coordinating project work and resources with global resources
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs
• The ability to confront unexpected problems quickly and effectively
• Available for a flexible schedule driven by client requirements that will periodically exceed a standard 40 hour work week depending on project needs
• Strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage project teams, including teams of supporting project managers
