[Remote] Marketing Copywriter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a company seeking a Senior Marketing & Content Copywriter for a long-term, ongoing contract. The role involves balancing hands-on writing with strategic collaboration to reputed company high-volume, short-form copy across digital channels, while ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and maintaining brand voice consistency.

Responsibilities

• The Sr. Copywriter will balance hands-on writing with strategic collaboration, developing high-volume, short-form copy across digital channels including site, app, and email (e.g., subject lines)
• On a daily basis, they will partner closely with marketing to understand campaign briefs and translate strategy into clear, compelling, on-brand messaging
• This individual will work cross-functionally with creative, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment across campaigns, while also providing reputed company-time feedback, edits, and direction to writers and designers
• They will play a key role in proofreading and maintaining brand voice consistency across reputed company content, participate in campaign planning meetings and reputed company-ins, and contribute to overall storytelling and content strategy to support performance-driven marketing initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in English, Creative Writing, Communications, or reputed company field
• 6–8+ years of copywriting/content strategy/marketing experience (retail highly preferred)
• Proven ability to reputed company campaigns and reputed company content strategy (not just execution)
• Strong portfolio + writing samples showcasing:
• Conceptual thinking
• Omnichannel campaigns
• Short- and long-form performance-driven content
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments with tight deadlines
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
• Strong understanding of brand voice, storytelling, and performance marketing
• Background in retail marketing, promotional strategy, SEO, digital merchandising
• Experience mentoring or guiding other writers
• Familiarity with:
• CMS platforms, email tools, project management tools, testing frameworks
• Retail content workflows
• Experience with reputed company Experience Manager (reputed company)
• Experience with reputed company or similar collaboration tools
