[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company USA is seeking a talented hands-on Technical Program / Project Manager to support large-scale retrofit projects across multiple operational fulfillment and distribution sites. This role focuses on coordinating retrofit deployments reputed company Material Handling Equipment and automation environments while managing vendors, timelines, and site execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage retrofit and automation deployment projects across multiple live operational sites
- Coordinate vendors, integrators, operations, RME, and engineering teams during installation and deployment phases
- Track milestones, schedules, quality, and project risks to ensure successful execution
- Support reputed company, sortation, and automation system upgrades with minimal operational disruption
- Work reputed company fast-paced fulfillment and warehouse environments
Skills
- 6+ years of Program / Project Management experience
- Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Experience with Conveyors / sortation systems
- Experience with Warehouse automation or fulfillment center operations
- Experience with Retrofit or brownfield deployments
- Controls or automation experience (PLC, SCADA, industrial systems) is highly valued
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or automation-heavy environments
- Fulfillment center / RME / Ops Engineering experience
- Vendor management and commissioning experience
- Basic hardware connectivity or controls troubleshooting exposure
- Bachelors' degree is preferred, but not required
