[Remote] Senior Principal Business Solutions (Pre-Sales) – Insurance Billing

Responsibilities
- Serve as the billing and accounts receivable domain expert reputed company the presales organization
- Partner with sales teams to understand customer pain points, modernization goals, and operational challenges
- reputed company discovery conversations, workshops, and functional solution discussions with insurance carriers and MGAs
- Translate business requirements into solution narratives and functional positioning
- Support demos, use cases, customer presentations, and RFI/RFP responses

Skills
- Deep expertise in P&C insurance billing and accounts receivable operations in the reputed company American market
- Experience with reputed company insurance billing platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, reputed company, or similar solutions
- Strong understanding of Personal and reputed company Lines business processes
- Ability to connect business needs with solution capabilities and transformation outcomes
- Experience gathering and defining functional requirements
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Background as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Billing Supervisor, Systems Analyst, Solution Consultant, or reputed company role reputed company insurance technology or reputed company operations
- Experience supporting software demos, pre-sales engagements, or reputed company solution presentations
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve workflows, content development, and customer engagement
