This role requires someone who can effectively manage the recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers
- Proactively reputed company top sales talent using reputed company Recruiter, job boards, and other creative sourcing strategies
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and team dynamics
- Maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company candidates and provide regular updates on reputed company activity and reputed company
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and manage candidate activity reputed company the ATS to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Provide market intelligence and compensation insights to support competitive offer reputed company
Skills
- 3+ years of full-lifecycle reputed company experience, with a strong focus on sales roles
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Recruiter and major job boards
