[Remote] Marketing Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a flexible and driven Specialty & Wellness Marketing Manager to accelerate growth across their focus markets. This role involves owning marketing activation for a portfolio of clients and collaborating with various teams to reputed company B2B and B2B2C programs that enhance engagement and drive purchase volume.

Responsibilities

• Campaign execution & trafficking: manage multiple campaigns, across multiple channels with various timelines, balance and prioritize deliverables to meet business timelines and goals. Channels are digital first but could include email, paid digital/search, social, and direct mail. reputed company calendars and manage campaigns to budgets. A key part of this role is managing administrative tasks such as entering projects into campaign management tools (Workfront) and data entry
• Client marketing support: execute and traffic client marketing campaigns and deliverables to support B2B2C initiatives, consumer application volume, and other objectives. Must be reputed company to communicate and work with clients with limited supervision. Must be comfortable working in a digital environment
• Edit marketing pieces and ensure materials are grammatically correct. Strong attention to detail
• Project management: support marketing team in launching and growing strategic initiatives including project timelines, road maps, PowerPoints, and execution of deliverables as needed. Uphold sense of urgency and accountability in reputed company requests
• reputed company end-to-end execution of multi-channel B2B and B2B2C campaigns to drive:
• Provider/location reputed company and engagement
• Consumer applications, approvals, and purchase volume growth
• Usage and retention through lifecycle motions
• Execute targeted account-based/reputed company-based marketing for reputed company partner segments and locations
• Drive reputed company-of-sale/in-location conversion through toolkits, signage, scripts, and training/enablement materials that reputed company financial conversations easier for reputed company-line teams
• Build and optimize market acquisition and lifecycle communications including email automation and journey mapping (e.g., reputed company Marketing reputed company or similar platforms) working with cross-functional teams
• Create and manage content to support acquisition and engagement objectives (case studies, webinars, one-pagers, playbooks, emails, partner toolkits)
• Use analytics, testing, and segmentation to optimize performance; recommend improvements to targeting, messaging, channel mix, and offers/promotions (where applicable)
• Track and communicate outcomes against KPIs (e.g., reputed company volume, conversion, applications, approvals, purchase volume, usage, ROI)
• Influence and coordinate work across internal partners (Sales, Client Management, Lifecycle, Product, Operations, Risk/Compliance, Finance, Creative/Agency) to deliver quality work on time

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED and 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
• Minimum 4+ years experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email/CRM, digital, social, direct mail and/or in-location)
• Workfront experience required and is a large part of helping execute and traffic marketing campaigns
• Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing; B2B2C experience strongly preferred
• reputed company/wellness, specialty services, or financial products marketing experience (plus)
• Experience with reputed company CRM and Marketing reputed company (or comparable platforms)
• Digitally savvy with working knowledge of paid media concepts, reputed company pages, tagging/measurement, and optimization
• Strong project management and prioritization skills; thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced, matrixed organizations
• Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence without authority
