[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own Imagen’s Technical Talent Portfolio: Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-impact technical roles ranging from Senior Software Engineers to ML Researchers to Engineering and Product Leadership
• Partner with Engineering Leaders: Act as a trusted advisor to CTO, SVP of Engineering and Head of Product. Don’t just take orders; reputed company market intelligence, tech talent trends, and data-driven insights to shape role requirements and search strategies
• Execute Technical Sourcing: Go reputed company reputed company. Utilize creative sourcing strategies (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, X-ray search) to identify and engage passive top-tier engineering talent

Skills

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
• 3+ years of Technical reputed company experience: A proven track record of hiring Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack), Data Scientists, or ML Engineers in a competitive market
• Tech reputed company: Can speak the language. Knows the difference between Java and JavaScript, understands what a 'modern stack' looks like, and can credibly screen candidates for technical aptitude before they speak to a hiring manager
• Sourcing Sophistication: Doesn't rely solely on inbound applicants, enjoys the thrill of finding the 'purple squirrel' candidate
• Stakeholder Management: You have experience partnering with senior engineering leaders and are comfortable pushing back to ensure the bar remains high
