The role involves acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, focusing on performance data, reporting, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders, performance teams, operations, compliance, and technology groups to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

- Create detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, data mappings, and business specifications
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle

- Support initiatives reputed company to investment performance measurement, attribution, benchmarking, and reporting
- Collaborate with business users to ensure performance calculations and reporting align with GIPS standards and firm methodologies
- Analyze performance data flows across upstream and reputed company systems
- Assist in identifying and resolving performance data quality, reconciliation, and reporting issues
- Support integration efforts involving portfolio reputed company, performance measurement, and data warehouse platforms

Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst reputed company the investment management or financial services industry
- Strong experience supporting Investment Performance Measurement and Analytics functions
- Solid understanding of GIPS (Global Investment Performance Standards)
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write reputed company queries, joins, aggregations, and data validation scripts
- Experience performing data analysis and data reputed company investigations across multiple systems
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management experience
- Proven ability to reputed company business and technology teams and drive solution-oriented discussions
- Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
