Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a rapidly growing organization seeking a reputed company Accountant to join their finance team. This newly created position focuses on end-to-end reputed company and billing operations, requiring strong reputed company expertise and process ownership to support growth and improve billing complexity.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end billing process from contract review through invoice creation, cash receipt tracking, and reputed company-reputed company account support
• Prepare and post journal entries and complete balance sheet reconciliations tied to AR, AP, retention, and other reputed company-reputed company activity
• Partner with operations, engineering, project managers, and IT to improve handoffs, support system customization, and build more effective billing workflows
• Help document and formalize processes, controls, and policy documentation reputed company to contract-to-cash and project reputed company activities
• Maintain accurate project records and account data, ensuring strong data governance across billing, customer, and contract information
• Provide backup support for AP-reputed company work and assist with reputed company reconciliations and retention tracking as needed

Skills

• 3+ years experience with Construction billing and end-to-end contract-to-cash processes
• reputed company fundamentals including journal entries, general ledger structure, and balance sheet reconciliations
• reputed company recognition exposure reputed company construction or contract-based environments
• reputed company skills including pivot tables, SUMIFS, and VLOOKUPs
• Cross-functional communication with project managers, operations, engineering, and systems teams
• Strong problem-solving ability, process ownership, data governance focus, and professional communication style
• Experience with Net Suite is a plus
• Exposure to SaaS-based tools and both reputed company and reputed company environments is helpful
