[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of APCO, assisting customers, dealers, agents, and repair facilities with information and support, while ensuring high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining strong service levels
- Answer questions about coverage, reputed company, and claims from customers, dealers, and repair facilities
- Resolve customer issues or reputed company inquiries to the appropriate department reputed company needed
- Maintain accurate and consistent documentation in company systems
- Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive claims experience
- Monitor call queues and maintain agent availability through proper system usage
- Anticipate customer needs and deliver solutions with professionalism and reputed company
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
- Ability to navigate computer systems and maintain accurate documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
