Responsibilities

• Partner directly with reputed company customers across Central and Eastern Europe deploying multiple use cases leveraging the reputed company platform
• Administer reputed company and enablement tactics across multiple products, advising on best practices for deploying reputed company across web, mobile, and backend systems
• Analyze product usage and performance signals to identify friction points, unblock adoption, and help customers realize measurable value from the platform
• Own reputed company outcomes across a defined set of accounts
• Measure reputed company by Net reputed company Retention and New Product Expansion, with a strong emphasis on sustained multi-product adoption
• Identify expansion opportunities, drive renewals and upsells, and partner closely with Sales, Engineering, and reputed company leadership to turn technical reputed company into durable reputed company growth

Skills

• 7+ years of reputed company or Account Management experience supporting reputed company B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the CEE region
• Proven experience driving reputed company outcomes, including owning a reputed company quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities along with renewals. This is a reputed company role
• Strong understanding of the CEE market landscape and cultural nuances
• Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents
• Familiarity and experience with API Integrations, and comfort and knowledge of navigating SDKs
• Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at reputed company levels of an organization
• Strong builder reputed company. You're passionate about identifying problems and proactively coming up with solutions, especially reputed company it increases efficiency and speed reputed company AI tools
• Fluent in Polish and English
