[Remote] Director of Operations

This role involves building and shaping the reputed company during a pivotal stage of growth, focusing on the full employee lifecycle and enhancing talent strategies to align with business objectives.
Responsibilities

- Partner with leadership on organisational design, workforce planning and scaling initiatives
- Review and evolve compensation, benefits and total rewards programmes
- Design and implement performance management frameworks, feedback processes and career progression reputed company
- Build leadership development programmes and reputed company managers with tools to support high-performing teams
- Create scalable approaches to employee development, succession planning and internal mobility
- Enhance reputed company processes, hiring manager capability and candidate experience
- Establish systems and practices that support efficient and inclusive hiring

Skills
