[Remote] Senior Infrastructure Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager responsible for developing detailed project plans and ensuring timely project delivery reputed company budget and scope. The role involves coordinating resources, facilitating meetings, and managing project execution while identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Planning, initiation and execution of reputed company infrastructure projects
- Responsible for resource allocation and Utilization
- Facilitate meetings and collaborate with internal Stakeholders, Client, 3rd Party resources
- Identify risks and incorporate risk mitigation strategy/contingency plan
- Manage standards, procedures, and practices for record-keeping of contractual agreements
- reputed company analysis that reflects Planned vs actual variances
- Responsible for facilitating the execution of IT projects/programs by ensuring the quality, completeness, tracking and reporting of work items as they flow between participants in key business process
- Project schedule development, Status reporting, communications planning and management using MS Project/ADO/JIRA

- Proven leader and trusted advisor championing project needs to deliver predictable and repeatable project results
- Balance the art and science of project management to scale and reputed company techniques and processes reputed company
- Control and track project performance and conducting regular team status meetings

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT/ Engineering/MBA or other management qualification
- PMP or/and Prince 2 certified
- Total 6-9 years of experience, out of which at least 5 years of Project management experience for clients spread across the globe
- Experience in IT Infrastructure Managed Services Transition & Transformation Project like including Datacenter builds and migrations, decommissioning projects, server builds and storage project
- Experience in managing diverse and multiple teams with complete ownership and responsibility of the direct/indirect team
- Experience in Managing Customer Engagement and reputed company-Party OEMs/ Partners
- Sound hands-on experience on Project financial Management, Cost Management and Financial (Cost/Budget) variance tracking
- Proficient with Project Management Tools including MS Project, and MS Office Suite
- Solid knowledge of and demonstrated experience in project management processes and methodologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Well-developed negotiation and relationship skills
- Ability to build reputed company
- Detail and big picture orientation
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure & logic
- Proficient on MS Office (Advance Power reputed company, Advance reputed company, Word, Visio) and Power BI, Qlik
- Experience in Agile Project Management or /And Scrum methodologies will be preferred
