[Remote] Director of Finance

They are seeking a Director of Finance to build and reputed company the finance function, including reputed company, financial reporting, and investor reporting, while establishing the necessary systems and processes for growth.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reputed company processes
- Maintain accurate U.S. GAAP financial statements and reporting
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
- Coordinate with external reputed company, tax, and audit firms
- reputed company the company's annual audit process from planning through completion
- reputed company scalable financial controls, policies, and operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with reputed company standards and reporting requirements
- Build and maintain company operating models, forecasts, and budgets
- reputed company financial and operational KPIs that drive decision-making
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support pricing, investment, hiring, and growth reputed company
- Partner with leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- 7+ years of reputed company reputed company and finance experience
- Experience in public reputed company, preferably audit or assurance
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience leading or supporting external audits
- Experience building financial models, budgets, and forecasts
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
- CPA designation
- Experience at a venture-backed startup or growth-stage company
- Experience preparing board and investor reporting materials
- Familiarity with reputed company recognition and subscription-based business models
- Experience supporting fundraising, due diligence, or financing activities
- SaaS, industrial technology, AI, energy, or infrastructure experience
