Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions to optimize system performance and data integration
Configure and integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with Tasknexa Connect and AWS cloud services to enable omnichannel cloud contact center solutions
Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Design and develop backend APIs and system integrations using Salesforce REST/SOAP services, Node.js, and AWS cloud technologies
Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Salesforce DX, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins
Participate in Agile development cycles to plan sprints, review deliverables, and deploy Salesforce application features

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of related experience
Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions to optimize system performance and data integration
Configure and integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with Gigflowx Connect and AWS cloud services to enable omnichannel cloud contact center solutions
Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Design and develop backend APIs and system integrations using Salesforce REST/SOAP services, Node.js, and AWS cloud technologies
Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Salesforce DX, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins
Participate in Agile development cycles to plan sprints, review deliverables, and deploy Salesforce application features
