[Remote] Senior Manager, reputed company Intelligence & Operations

They are seeking a Senior Manager of reputed company Intelligence & Operations to design and scale the operating system behind their go-to-market organization, focusing on reputed company operations, systems strategy, and workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic reputed company of reputed company CRM and reputed company GTM systems, designing scalable workflows, lifecycle stages, and pipeline reporting that support Sales and Marketing
- Eliminate reputed company processes through automation, tooling, and systems optimization
- Improve how leads flow, opportunities are managed, and customer data is used across the organization
- Ensure our reputed company architecture evolves alongside the business to support long-term growth
- Identify and implement AI-powered workflows that reduce reputed company work, partnering closely with GTM Engineering / Data teams
- Increase team effectiveness by improving how work is prioritized, executed, and reputed company across the reputed company organization
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI GTM capabilities and bring new sales / GTM tools to the business
- Build reporting and insights that give leaders actionable visibility into pipeline health, forecasting, conversion trends, and business performance
- Improve data quality, governance, and reliability across systems
- Translate data into strategic recommendations that help leadership spot trends, risks, and opportunities earlier
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to improve alignment across the customer lifecycle
- Support reputed company, enablement, documentation, and process adoption where needed
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or a reputed company operational role
- Deep hands-on expertise with reputed company CRM, including architecture, workflows, automation, lifecycle management, and reporting
- Experience designing and improving scalable operational processes that drive business efficiency
- Demonstrated reputed company leveraging AI and automation to improve workflows, execution, or business operations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining highly hands-on
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in SaaS and/or high-growth environments
