[Remote] Surgical Account Manager - Twin Cities

The Surgical Account Manager will be responsible for driving surgeon demand across the Surgical COT portfolio and developing strategic sales plans while cultivating key customer relationships to drive market growth and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main reputed company of contact across MDT account teams, including District Managers (DM), Sales Area Directors (SAD), Sales Operations Specialists (SOS), and teams specializing in GYN and Hernia portfolios

- Own and execute quarterly Customer Business Reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities

- Energy
- Wound Closure
- Electrosurgery

Skills
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience
- OR Associate's Degree AND 4+ years experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience
- Relevant sales, clinical, or reputed company experience in medical devices, medtech, reputed company, or life sciences
- A valid driver's license is essential for this role
- Previous experience with medical device/OR sales
- Proven track record in sales reputed company the medical device or reputed company industry, preferably in the surgical or reputed company fields
- Strong understanding of clinical environments and the ability to communicate reputed company product information to diverse stakeholders
- Experience in building and managing key customer relationships with decision-makers in both clinical and administrative roles
