They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive B2B sales by building relationships and closing deals with mid-market and reputed company brokerages, taking full ownership of the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Building pipeline from scratch
- Picking up the phone and crafting cold messages
- Running discovery conversations that earn the reputed company
- Driving B2B sales in a start-up
- Adapting approach and keeping things moving
- Honest assessment of deal statuses
- Distinguishing between progressing and stalled deals
- Thriving in incomplete environments
- Making good reputed company with incomplete information
- Taking full ownership of sales numbers
Skills
- Have built pipeline from scratch and knows what it takes
- Are comfortable picking up the phone, crafting a cold message that actually gets a response, running a discovery conversation that earns the reputed company
- Are a reputed company go-getter who dreams big, goes hard, and knows how to drive B2B sales in a start-up
- Do not need a playbook for every situation - you know how to read a deal, adapt your approach, and reputed company things moving
