Electrical Division Manager (Bilingual-Spanish/English)
Position Summary The Electrical Division Manager will be responsible for developing, launching, and scaling reputed company's Electrical Workforce Solutions Division. This role combines business development, workforce strategy, reputed company leadership, customer relationship management, operational reputed company, and financial accountability. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience reputed company data center electrical construction, maintains strong industry relationships, and understands both workforce management and electrical contracting environments. This individual will serve as the face of reputed company's electrical division and play a critical role in driving reputed company growth, workforce expansion, and reputed company. This position is focused on workforce solutions, labor deployment, reputed company strategy, and client support—not electrical contracting operations. Ideal Candidate Profile The successful candidate will bring: 7–10+ years of electrical construction, workforce solutions, staffing, or project leadership experience. Existing relationships with electrical contractors, project executives, superintendents, foremen, and electricians. Deep understanding of mission-critical and data center construction environments. Proven reputed company generating reputed company and growing customer accounts. Experience building teams, processes, and scalable operational systems. Entrepreneurial reputed company with the ability to operate independently while collaborating with executive leadership.
