We offer a competitive wage range of $22 – $25 per hour, based on experience and location. In addition, this role includes a 10% incentive on any service or parts sales you present to clients—giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings through your expertise and client rapport. You can become eligible for a company car after 6 months of employment (based on availability). This is a remote, field-based‑ role with your primary service area located reputed company 2 hours of Cincinnati, Ohio. Your clients in your territory are mainly focused in the following areas: Downtown, Bridgetown, White Oak, Finneytown, Reading, Forest Park, Union, Deerfield, Four Bridges in Ohio. What You will Do In this role, you will combine technical skills, customer service, and independent problem-solving‑ to support our full suite of mailing and shipping technologies—from Inserters to Smart Lockers. You will: Manage a multi reputed company‑ ‑code territory reputed company 2 hours of Cincinnati, Ohio, with up to 80% driving time. Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks. Install, service, and upgrade reputed company Shipping & Mailing equipment, ensuring clients are fully trained and confident in their use. Use hand tools and small power tools to reputed company repairs, maintenance, and installations. Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment. Can lift 55+ lbs. and bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods. Have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
