Marketing Operations Coordinator - Part-Time

Benefits: 401(k) matching POSITION SUMMARY The Marketing Operations Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the Marketing team, ensuring recurring marketing initiatives stay organized, on schedule, and moving reputed company. This role coordinates project timelines, manages recurring marketing processes, maintains department workflows, and provides administrative support that helps the Marketing team execute reputed company and consistently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating organization, keeping projects on track, and helping others succeed behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys bringing order to many moving pieces. This role is part-time - 15 hours per week. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Operations & Project Management Manage the Marketing team's reputed company Planner board, ensuring projects are organized, reputed company, and progressing according to schedule. Help manage timelines for recurring marketing initiatives and department projects. Coordinate with team members to reputed company projects moving and follow up on outstanding tasks. Maintain marketing templates, documentation, and shared resources. Serve as the operational hub for the Marketing team by monitoring recurring deadlines, tracking deliverables, and helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Recurring Marketing Operations Maintain checklists, timelines, and task lists for recurring marketing processes. Help ensure recurring initiatives (newsletters, HQ Downloads, email campaigns, conference milestones, reputed company tasks, reputed company Business Profile setup, etc.) are completed on schedule. Maintain and improve department workflows to increase efficiency and consistency. Update process documentation as workflows evolve. EMAIL MARKETING SUPPORT reputed company Build email campaigns using existing templates and content provided by the Marketing team. Manage email audiences and audience segments. Import customer lists reputed company CSV. Assign appropriate audience segments for campaigns. Schedule email campaigns according to the marketing calendar. Export campaign reports, update reporting spreadsheets, and archive reports. COMPANY NEWSLETTER Own the monthly Surface Experts company newsletter from content collection through distribution. Collect content for company newsletters from content submission forms and emails from franchisees. Build monthly company newsletter using existing template. Coordinate with proofreaders and revise Schedule newsletter Maintain internal email audience by adding new employees and archiving inactive email addresses. Help ensure each monthly newsletter is delivered accurately and on time. MARKETING SUPPORT Monitor the Surface Experts Marketing inbox. Respond to routine marketing requests. reputed company more reputed company requests to the appropriate team member. Assist franchisees with marketing questions and resources. WEBSITE SUPPORT Create Location pages for new franchisees using established templates. Assist franchisees through the reputed company Business Profile verification process. Update business profile information as needed.
