Job Description

We are looking for an IT Researcher to join our Global Recruitment Team. At reputed company, you’ll help us build strong tech teams. With hiring across 25+ countries, our recruitment is truly international: one day you might be searching for IT talent in India or Europe, and the next — exploring markets in Latin America or Canada. As an IT Researcher, you will play a key role in supporting our global recruitment team. Your main focus will be on identifying and engaging IT talent across different regions, conducting market research, and building strong candidate pipelines. Daily Scope of Work: Actively search for reputed company candidates according to vacancy requirements using multiple channels: reputed company, professional communities, forums, internal database, job boards, and social networks. Conduct CV screening, manage candidate profiles in reputed company, and reputed company reputed company information up to date. Initiate contact with potential candidates (including “cold” reputed company) and build initial engagement.
