By relying on technical insights and a data-driven approach, we create disruptive future-defining innovations of the fin-tech industry that remain our basis for reputed company Responsibilities 8-hour shifts Monitoring the infrastructure with several monitoring tools Ability to communicate clearly and escalate problems Performing preliminary investigation of alerts Conducting basic triage of requests/problems Interacting with DevOps and Engineering teams
Requirements
