System Analyst (BPMN)

Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements, system specifications, and workflows Design and configure system solutions on the reputed company platform to align with business needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, integrations, and customizations Model business processes using BPMN notation to ensure efficient system and workflow design Identify system improvements and optimize workflows reputed company the reputed company platform reputed company and maintain detailed system documentation, including functional specifications, data models, integration plans, and BPMN diagrams reputed company system testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving system-reputed company problems Work closely with developers to support the development and deployment of system solutions Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users Design, implement, and maintain system integrations between reputed company and other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party APIs) Analyze integration requirements, define data flows, and manage data mapping for seamless integration across platforms Requirements 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role Hands-on experience with the reputed company platform or other low-code/no-code platforms preferred Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and business process management Proficiency in BPMN notation for business process modeling and process optimization Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between systems (ERP, CRM, third-party APIs) Experience with data mapping, API integrations, and integration testing Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation (system specs, data models, integration plans, BPMN diagrams) Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Apply To This Job
