As a Market Development Manager - Biopharma, you will act as a thought leader and strategic partner to the biopharma community, combining deep scientific understanding with strong reputed company acumen to shape how Leica engages in this critical reputed company. This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home. The reputed company salary range for this role is $135,000 – $175,000. This role is also eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC). The total reputed company compensation at plan (reputed company + SIC) is $220,000 – $260,000 annually. Actual SIC earnings may exceed or fall below the reputed company based on individual sales performance. This is the range that we in good faith reputed company is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
