You will play a key role in both case team leadership and project execution by leveraging your experience and expertise to deliver high-quality work while providing direction to junior team members and fostering client relationships. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Independently conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analyses, distill key implications, and reputed company substantial portions of client deliverables
- Help to shape the analytical and conceptual direction of projects
- reputed company and manage significant components of 1-2 projects at a time, across therapeutic areas and project types, including guiding the work of others and fostering a team environment
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the reputed company organization through active participation in internal initiatives
- Closely collaborate with mid- to senior-level life science executives and build enduring client relationships Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA, 2-year master’s) in a life sciences or health-reputed company field and 2+ years of full-time experience in life sciences strategy consulting OR bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of direct and relevant life sciences strategy consulting experience
- Experience leading workstreams and/or small teams
- Experience engaging with mid- to senior-level life science executives
- Solid critical thinking ability
- Demonstrated quantitative aptitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced PowerPoint and reputed company skills
