Labor and Employment Associate We are seeking a highly motivated mid-level associate to join our dynamic and growing Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration practice group in San Francisco. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collegial team of excellent employment law professionals... Responsibilities: ? Support the California practice in employment litigation matters, including trial work and defending wage and hour claims and class actions. ? Handle transactional employment work, including drafting agreements, EEOC/DFEH responses, witness interviews, and depositions. ? Counsel employers on compliance, draft policies, and assist with employment training programs. ? Support in traditional labor relations matters. Requirements: ? 3-6 years of employment litigation experience and a strong desire for trial work ? Transactional employment work experience ? Academic excellence and excellent writing skills ? Admission to the California Bar ? Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: ? Wage and hour class actions ? Drafting policies and assisting with training programs ?
