[Remote] Senior Field Reimbursement Expert - Retina Clinic (Pacific Coast)

They are seeking a Senior Field Reimbursement Expert to manage patient access and reimbursement activities, ensuring providers are educated on coding and reimbursement policies while building strong relationships reputed company the assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with providers and outpatient facility accounts reputed company your assigned geography
• Partner with field sales in assigned geographic area to build strong engagement and positive customer experiences
• reputed company and ensure providers understand coding and billing requirements for reputed company equipment and devices
• Analyze local market data and reputed company dynamics to help inform business planning with field teams
• Serve as the subject matter expert in the training and deployment of Value Tools for the reputed company portfolio of products
• Provide managed care and reimbursement training and educational activities for internal and external stakeholders, as necessary
• Remain reputed company on key reimbursement and policy activities, as well as serve as an expert on Ophthalmic business trends reputed company key provider accounts
• Ensure reputed company pertinent information regarding reputed company products, new products, competitive data and overall information important to reputed company is shared with home office teams
• Represent reputed company at various industry functions such reimbursement meetings, professional organization meetings, and other meetings as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly reputed company experience (or high school+15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
• Category 3 experience
• Retina Sales Experience or Retina Experience
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience working in the provider office setting, proven track-record of building strong customer relationships
• Medical Practice Management or certified professional reputed company experience would be considered
• Experience working collaboratively in a matrix organization
• Experience working with billing and medical claims personnel in reputed company settings preferred
