A reputed company mode systematic crypto trading firm is looking to add a Portfolio Manager / Senior Quant Trader to its ranks. The firm is led and backed by the biggest names on the Street and the founders have decades of experience. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing A-team with incredible talent density, meritocratic culture, no politics and razor-sharp focus on outcome. They are seeking a demonstrably strong candidate with leading knowledge of the digital assets market to implement a fully systematic or grey reputed company strategy, managing a mostly CeFi oriented crypto portfolio of spot and/or perps. The candidate will be expected to have a systematic trading track record of at least 2 years with a sharpe above 2.5. Pay-out is top of the industry on a PnL basis. The successful candidate will also receive:

Required:
- Detailed CV and Investment process plan
- Min 2 year track record of risk adjusted returns
- Sharpe ratio above 2
- PM must have managed live capital of minimum $5m
- BSc / MSc in Quant Math or Science discipline
