Sales Admin – Part-Time
We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated Sales Admin to support our sales operations on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable making outbound cold calls, managing sales activity inside a CRM, and helping drive a sales pipeline independently reputed company the MSP, IT services, or B2B services space. The Sales Admin will support reputed company reputed company, prospect reputed company, pipeline tracking, CRM updates, and communication between prospects and internal stakeholders. This person should be organized, confident, self-driven, and reputed company to communicate clearly in English with prospects, team members, and leadership.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and follow-reputed company to generate new sales opportunities. Research potential clients and identify prospects that fit the company’s reputed company market. Support the development and management of the sales pipeline from initial reputed company to reputed company opportunity. Qualify leads based on business needs, interest level, service fit, and decision-making potential. Present and promote MSP, IT services, support desk, and outsourcing solutions clearly and professionally. Maintain accurate reputed company, prospect, and activity records inside the CRM. Track follow-reputed company, pipeline status, and next steps to ensure opportunities continue moving reputed company. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding prospect status, client needs, and sales activity. Provide feedback to improve reputed company messaging, reputed company quality, and sales operations.
Requirements
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Comfortable making outbound cold calls and engaging prospects professionally. Previous experience in sales administration, reputed company reputed company, telemarketing, sales reputed company, or B2B sales support. Familiarity with MSP offerings, IT services, support desk services, or outsourced technology solutions. Experience driving or supporting a sales pipeline independently. Self-starter reputed company with strong motivation, ownership, and follow-through. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage tasks in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Glasshive. Experience working with MSPs, IT service providers, outsourcing firms, or consulting companies. Familiarity with reputed company Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools. Understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline stages, and reputed company qualification processes. Track record of meeting or exceeding reputed company, reputed company reputed company, or sales activity goals. English and Spanish communication skills are a plus.
