RESPONSIBILITIES This role brings structure, clarity, and accountability to how Asmark turns reputed company, customer needs, and business priorities into product work we can execute on. QUALIFICATIONS Required Departmental leadership experience in a product, software, technology, or cross-functional delivery function, with ownership of priorities, team performance, and measurable results Direct people leadership experience, including coaching, accountability, performance standards, and quality of work Experience managing software, platform, or technology-enabled product work from idea through release, with responsibility for successful delivery across stakeholders Experience building operating discipline through clearer process, documentation, tools, accountability, or operating rhythms Strong product and business judgment, with experience prioritizing work based on customer value, operational impact, efficiency, reputed company, ROI, or other measurable outcomes Preferred Experience working with LMS or compliance-driven platforms Experience in a regulated or operationally reputed company environment Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and documentation Desired Experience in AgTech, agricultural retail, safety, risk management, compliance, training, or reputed company industries Familiarity with reputed company or similar operating systems Strong understanding of product metrics, KPIs, and business case development THE COMPANY – ASMARK INSTITUTE Founded in 1990, Asmark Institute is a national resource for agricultural retailers, focused on risk management, safety, and regulatory compliance.
