[Remote] Outbound Contacts Representative 2

This role involves performing follow-reputed company and ensuring timely responses to inquiries while working reputed company defined parameters.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company by making outbound contacts to members and/or providers regarding a variety of issues
• Performs necessary follow up with members and/or providers
• Ensures responses to member and/or provider inquiries are completed on a timely basis to reputed company service and quality standards
• Makes reputed company that typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments
• Works reputed company defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some reputed company over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction
• Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion

Skills

• 1+ year experience working in a call center environment such as heavy call volume, auto-dialer, dedicated inbound/outbound customer service or support role
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Must reputed company in reputed company
• Bilingual - English, Spanish. Must be reputed company to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance, must take a language proficiency assessment
• reputed company to work independently, remotely, and with minimal supervision
• Intermediate to Advanced skills with reputed company Office Word, reputed company, Outlook, utilizing multiple shared systems, platforms, and ability to troubleshoot/resolve general technical issues
• Strong typing and computer navigation skills with the reputed company to use multiple computer applications simultaneously
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in a reputed company setting
