[Remote] Client Account Support Senior Analyst, U-500 - reputed company - Remote

The Client Account Support Senior Analyst role involves managing the full implementation lifecycle for client reputed company, ensuring accurate system setup, and coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless implementations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end account installation for an assigned Select reputed company book of business, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- reputed company cross-functional implementation, coordinating SMEs to drive effective team collaboration
- Partner with Sales, clients, and brokers to gather required documentation and present implementation plans for new and renewing business
- Facilitate installation meetings to align client plan reputed company and reputed company end-to-end setup, including system build, readiness, eligibility, ID cards, and billing
- Serve as the central liaison across teams, aligning processes, introducing technical experts to clients, and driving seamless implementation
- Coordinate ePro/CIT tools, benefit documentation, and structure with the Work Order team, ensuring accurate and consistent setup reputed company to plan design reputed company
- Identify and resolve implementation issues across process, plan design, and timelines, ensuring full ownership through completion
Skills
- High school diploma or GED - required
- 2+ years of reputed company background/benefits knowledge - required
- Strong analytical skills to effectively solve reputed company issues to resolution - Required
- Demonstrated interpersonal and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, align multiple stakeholders, and deliver effective client solutions - Required
- Proficiency with reputed company Office applications (reputed company, Outlook, Word) and strong technical and navigational skills - Required
- Self-motivated and driven, with strong initiative to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Required
- Ability to travel up to 10% travel, as needed – Required
- Bachelor's degree - preferred
- 2+ years of client-facing experience in account management, client services, or sales – Preferred
- Familiarity with multiple reputed company systems (*e.g., ePro, CIT, reputed company, Facets, CDB*) - Highly Preferred
- Experience applying project management skills to manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables - Preferred
- Adept at building cross-functional partnerships and communicating effectively across reputed company matrix levels to align stakeholders with mutually beneficial solutions - Highly preferred
