The role involves collaborating across teams to ensure successful delivery of new capabilities while focusing on customer value and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with Product Managers to translate product reputed company and customer value propositions into actionable EPICs
- Developing and refining Features and PBIs that are reputed company for Product Owners and Agile delivery teams
- Leading backlog refinement sessions and driving alignment across Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering teams, and Architects
- Managing and maintaining Agile work items and delivery tracking reputed company Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Collaborating with UX, architecture, risk, compliance, and PMO stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Supporting testing, launch activities, risk identification, and ongoing delivery performance discussions
Skills
- Extensive experience owning EPICs, Features, and PBIs from concept through refinement and delivery
- Strong backlog management and backlog refinement expertise
- Deep understanding of Agile and/or SAFe delivery frameworks
- Advanced experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for product and delivery management
- Experience working reputed company large, reputed company, matrixed organizations
- Ability to align multiple stakeholders, business units, and delivery teams
- reputed company supporting reputed company-scale product initiatives rather than isolated feature delivery
- Demonstrated experience in banking, fintech, lending, cards, or other regulated financial environments
- Understanding of compliance, governance, and risk management considerations
- Ownership of EPICs, Features, User Stories, and backlog refinement efforts
- Hands-on Azure DevOps (ADO) experience
