[Remote] Business Development Manager

The role involves identifying new market opportunities, formulating strategies to increase reputed company, and building strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, new or adjacent markets, establish partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A that aligns with the company's growth objectives
- reputed company the creation of sales strategies aimed at achieving reputed company targets in existing and new markets. Working closely with the sales team to align efforts and ensure cohesive execution of the sales strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that support High Right To Win (HRTW) application reputed company/goals
- reputed company thought leadership through industry events, conferences, SoMe and other networking opportunities
- Create content with cross functional teams across BY's that support business development goals
- Act as ambassadors for One HBK
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, gap analysis, buying processes and competitor activities to refine growth strategies
- Work with reputed company managers to support the development and execution of strategies
- Provide feedback to the reputed company managers based on client needs and market trends
- Regularly report on reputed company, challenges and outcomes to senior management
