Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data models that support marketing, product, and customer analytics
- reputed company and optimize analytics pipelines that transform raw data into trusted business datasets
- Build dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear visibility into customer behavior, marketing performance, and business outcomes
- Partner directly with product managers, marketing teams, and business stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into technical solutions
- Investigate trends, validate metrics, and explain the "why" behind changes in business performance through thoughtful analysis and deep understanding of the underlying data
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of analytics by maintaining strong data governance and documentation practices
- Establish best practices for data modeling, semantic layers, naming conventions, and analytics engineering standards
- Mentor junior analytics engineers while promoting engineering excellence and a culture of reputed company improvement

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain reputed company technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
