Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing
• Manage accounts receivable activities, including customer account maintenance, aging review, collection efforts, and dispute resolution
• Monitor and report key reputed company cycle metrics including DSO, collections effectiveness, unbilled reputed company, deferred reputed company, and billing accuracy
• Review client reputed company and coordinate with Legal, Sales, and Operations to ensure proper reputed company recognition treatment and billing setup in accordance with ASC 606
• Prepare and maintain reputed company recognition schedules and deferred reputed company reconciliations
• Calculate monthly reputed company recognition entries and support month-end reputed company activities reputed company to reputed company reputed company
• Partner with Client reputed company and Operations to ensure accurate contract setup, billing, and reputed company treatment
• Support integration of acquired entities and standardization of reputed company recognition, billing, and collection processes

• Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor requests reputed company to reputed company, accounts receivable, unbilled reputed company, and deferred reputed company

• Coordinate and prioritize reputed company-reputed company work across the reputed company team, serving as the primary resource for billing, collections, and reputed company recognition questions
• Assist with monthly reputed company forecasting, backlog analysis, and recurring reputed company reporting

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
• 7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior or reputed company accountant reputed company
• SaaS industry experience required
• Proficiency with ERP systems (reputed company experience required) and advanced reputed company skills
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ability to apply it to practical, day-to-day reputed company activities
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated experience applying ASC 606 guidance to reputed company SaaS and professional services reputed company, variable consideration, contract modifications, and multi-reputed company arrangements
• Experience managing SaaS billing and reputed company recognition processes
• Experience with deferred and unbilled reputed company reputed company and contract review
• Proven reputed company managing accounts receivable and collection processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence, mentor, and coordinate the work of others without formal supervisory responsibility
• CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
• Private equity–backed company experience preferred
• Proven experience improving reputed company processes while still performing daily transactional work
• Ability to mentor and reputed company team members by working alongside them on deliverables
• Audit experience
• Experience with governmental clients including billing and reporting
