[Remote] Fund Project Manager

The role involves managing conference preparations, investor research, and financial models, while supporting the senior team in various project management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Prepare conferences end to end: reputed company lists, attendee research, reputed company, schedules, briefings, and follow-up trackers
- Build investor, partner, lender, company, and counterparty databases from public sources, reputed company, and other channels
- Prepare and update presentations, internal memos, market maps, spreadsheets, and operating trackers
- Support financial models, fund analytics, pipeline trackers, and scoring tools
- Research investors, gaming companies, developers, publishers, lenders, partners, and comparable transactions
- Build and maintain the credit deals pipeline
- Coordinate and prepare dealflow scoring
- Coordinate tasks, deadlines, files, notes, follow-reputed company, and internal reporting so reputed company and blockers stay visible
Skills
- 2–6 years in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, startups, business operations, or analytical roles
- Strong generalist reputed company set across research, reputed company, PowerPoint, written communication, and coordination
- Excellent attention to detail; produces clean, usable work with limited rework
