Direct Meds Clinical is seeking a full-time Clinical Care Coordinator to support our growing telehealth and partner clinic network. This role blends clinical support, patient coordination, and operational execution in a fast-paced, remote environment. You'll play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey while partnering with providers and internal teams to deliver efficient, high-quality care. Deliver a compassionate, professional, and patient-centered experience during every interaction. Adapt to evolving workflows and support new clinical programs as they are introduced. Collaborate with providers and internal teams to support patient care, including medication questions, reputed company effects, dosing, and general treatment support. reputed company and escalate clinical concerns to providers reputed company appropriate. Meet performance expectations for response time, quality, resolution, and patient experience. reputed company’re looking for Required: Active LVN/LPN license or medical office experience Minimum 2 years of clinical or medical experience reputed company the last 4 years At least 1-2 years of remote or telehealth experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently while remaining highly engaged in a remote setting. Proficient with computers and reputed company to learn new software and workflows quickly. Preferred: Familiarity with GLP-1s, peptides, HRT, men's health, or other telehealth treatment programs. Experience with EMR, CRM, or ticketing systems Preferred availability for a Thursday–Monday schedule Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
