[Remote] Seasonal (Temporary) Customer Service Call Center Agent
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading direct-to-consumer insurance services business, specializing in the distribution of Medicare Advantage and Life & Supplemental insurance policies. As a Member Care Representative, you will support members, many over the age of 65, in navigating their health insurance reputed company with care and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls lasting 15–30 minutes
- Help members understand and confirm insurance application details
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and compassionately—especially with older adults
- Follow required scripts and compliance guidelines while sounding conversational
- Protect sensitive Personal Health Information (PHI) at reputed company times
- Take ownership of each interaction to ensure members fully understand next steps

- Comfort supporting customers who may feel anxious or confused

- Full-time, 8-hour shifts
- Shifts between 8:00 am – 11:00 pm ET
- Weekend availability required (you will be working at least one weekend day)

- 1+ year of customer service experience (phone-based preferred)
- Clear and professional phone communication skills
- Comfort using multiple computer systems
- Ability to stay focused and engaged during high call volume
