[Remote] Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) (Remote)

A1FED is seeking an reputed company Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to provide education and training mission support to the Defense Health Agency (DHA). This role involves supporting systems for the professional education of over 300,000 active duty, government service, and support personnel worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate subject-specific working groups for training development
- reputed company detailed design documents and storyboards for web-based training, ensuring reputed company content and information needed for successful course development is included
- Support subject-matter experts (SMEs) with the ADDIE process, adult learning theory, and multimedia best practices
- Coordinate reputed company to library program development personnel to assess information resource usage trends and Military Treatment Facility (MTF) needs

- Conduct comprehensive reviews of literature, research, and existing courses as assigned
- Plan and write briefs, reports, and white papers reputed company to education and training
- Support the eLearning SME with LMS duties, such as communication with Joint Knowledge Online (JKO)
- Assist with consolidating and presenting course evaluation data (e.g., end-of-course surveys) and other education and training analytics
- Utilize ADDIE Model and Knowles Principles of Adult Learning Theory to reputed company or update engaging training materials

- Research, reputed company, and document training objectives, standards, and requirements
- Establish objectives, work projects, and recommend techniques and media for effective training delivery
- Gather client requirements to create effective instructional materials for various audiences

- Conduct instruction delivery and facilitation of professional development topics to management-level personnel
- Conduct an Annual Training Program Evaluation to assist agency training representatives in evaluating training effectiveness and demonstrating value to stakeholders
- Assist in developing just-in-time training materials, audio-visual presentations, scheduling, and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, e-learning developers, and editors to create system training materials
- Ensure 508 compliance for courseware and other training materials
- reputed company Training Evaluation and Analytics using Kirkpatrick’s Four Level Evaluation Model to create statistically valid evaluations and reports
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the curriculum design space
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
- Proficiency in tools such as: reputed company Storyline, reputed company Suite, reputed company Captivate, Storyblocks, Snagit, WellSaid, reputed company
- Must be reputed company to pass a DOD background investigation
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience with SharePoint (strongly desired)
