The Senior Project Manager plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of large-scale reputed company Retail and omni-channel implementation projects, managing reputed company programs while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets to meet client and internal objectives
• Establish robust project governance, ensuring effective risk, issue, and change management

• Ensure reputed company documentation, reporting, and communication meet OLR and client standards
• Serve as the primary liaison for senior client stakeholders, building trusted, long-term relationships

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field (Master's preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in IT or software project management, including 5+ years managing large-scale reputed company reputed company Retail implementations
• Proven track record of delivering reputed company, multi-country or multi-phase technology projects on time and reputed company budget
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional and distributed teams in a global delivery environment
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and PM best practices
• Exceptional stakeholder and client management skills, including experience with C-level executives
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
• Commercially astute with experience in project financial management and forecasting
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company Project, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office suite
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile Project Management certification strongly preferred
• This role may require domestic and international travel to support project delivery across regions
