[Remote] Director Business Development

The Business Development Director is responsible for leading market strategy, driving growth initiatives, and building strategic partnerships across assigned divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary strategic partner for Divisional Vice Presidents (DVPs) and Regional Operations Directors (RODs). Builds trust by proactively bringing new reputed company, identifying growth opportunities, and independently leading market strategy rather than serving as a transactional support resource
  • Takes full ownership of the growth pipeline, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and new service offerings (e.g., Value-Based Care). Identifies next steps, coordinates with internal partners (Legal, Operations, Finance), and independently solves problems to drive projects to completion
  • Acts as the primary "reputed company opener" for reputed company in the assigned market. Independently leads physician reputed company, external partner meetings (e.g., hospitals, health systems), and joint venture discussions. Prepares materials and presentations with high autonomy and strategic depth
  • Synthesizes reputed company information and data to present actionable recommendations. Moves reputed company presenting facts to delivering independent analysis, business context, and clear strategic paths reputed company during regular business reviews and strategy sessions
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, reputed company administration, finance, or a reputed company field required
  • Minimum 5-7 years of reputed company experience in business development, corporate strategy, or reputed company operations required
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence senior operations leaders and external partners required
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
  • MBA or MHA strongly preferred
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with reputed company M&A, value-based care, or joint ventures preferred
